Common questions

An app isn't producing a result — what should I check?

• Make sure you've entered some text before generating or applying an effect.
• Try a different style, preset or fill, then try again.
• Refresh the Canva page and reopen the app if it seems stuck.
• If the issue continues, email us with a screenshot and a short description of what happened.

Can I request a new style or feature?

Absolutely — we're always expanding. Email us your idea and let us know the effect, warp shape, or capability you'd like to see added to a Fablable app.

Where are my uploaded fonts stored?

Custom fonts you upload are used only for your current session and are not saved on our servers. If you close or refresh the app, just upload the font again.
